Accomodation

For the weekend you say there is accomodation nearby is it
possible if we ruck up with tents and camp?

Camping is pretty much the only option to be honest, there are
hotels around but as we are in the middle of nowhere it may be a
bit of a commute.
Once you have picked your Duchy you will camp in it, the front
of the Duchy area will be in character while the back is out of
character. The way it is planned at the moment is that one of
our fields is dedicated to the chaosgate, bar and other such in
and out of character activities. Each Duchy will gain their own
field, probably about 2/3 as the Duchy itself and the other 1/3
as in character play area, whether it be normal role-playing or
a staging area to attack said Duchy.

You say feilds is the whole site open feild area or do we have
woodlands or anything like that
Just want to know what kind of surroundings we have...

Sounds good...where do non-committed characters stay? Anyway I
am going to have to have some OOC chat to see where Lerryn's
loyalties lie first *smiles* and get a tent...it would be great
in the future to have a 'in character' style tent or tents for
each Duchy for IC play :)

Unfortunately we have no woodland, we have three fields joined
together. I will see if we can get a aerial view picture to put
on the website with everything marked out so you guys get a
idea.
As for in character tents, that is something we are already
working on. We are trying to budget for four atm, one for each
Duchy, one for the bar and another for the monster crew beside
the chaosgate. Should we get enough players/cash we will have
more. Also as the years go by we will be adding to our tents,
etc.

Not sure my back could cope with camping in a tent!

I think there might be some B&Bs in the area - Little Pengelly
B&B is about 5 minutes drive, not sure if there is anything
closer?

Hmm thinking about it worst case I could just rely on bus to
journey back to Penzance in the evenings and head back in the
mornings. Bit of a faff but better then risking my spine going
on strike so I miss an entire day of fun..

Worry not Tromain,
As we get closer to the day, I have a feeling there will be an
assortment of accomodation/travel issues. We'll get you sorted
one way or another :)
