Ok so i know a lot of you from the pub now or at least i know
your charictors i thought we coued use this to talk out of
charictor just to get to know each other and its good for
certain out of charictor things in the pub (redwolf)

I must say I am enjoying the pub story...maybe we could have a
quest at the event to kill the vampire?
Also will we have a thread for character bios and maybe costume
progress...yes...yes I know it is early but I am in need of a
project now Geekfest is over.

I am enjoying the pub story also, I couldn't believe it when I
came back from work to see a huge wall of text LOL. Good
roleplay always comes from bouncing around individual ideas and
seeing where it takes the storyline as a group. I think an event
to behead the vampire might be a great opener to the festivities
particularly if he has hoards of minions to slay along the way
:) It is also great that a bunch of people like myself have been
true to their word and actually looked up this site after
GeekFest. Nice one Guys and Gals!!

Yes...I like how we all have different sort of characters which
would then band together if say something nasty burst through
the doors of the pub. I am so glad people actually joined the
website as it was a little lonely to start...but then people
have *whispers* real lives and it obviously takes time to build
things like this up...

Thank you for your positive feedback about the vampire thread,
guys! To be honest, I had no idea it would take off like that.
It was just meant as a throwaway line referring to the last pen
and paper RP I was involved in! And now people are suggesting
running with the idea for an event...I am honoured!

Yea i am loving the pub and if that coued be incopirated into
the acctuale event that woued be awsome. All so it woued be
cool to show of costume proggress and little things like that
Redwolf if youed like to make that necklace charm for me it
woued be much apreshiated and i promise id where it with pride

Yes...the pub is a great idea to rp characters and get a feel
for them before the event...and yes vampire slayers would be a
fun quest.
Transit it would be a pleasure...I am researching ideas now and
then I'll see what I can come up with for you...I have plenty of
time to try out a few ideas.
I am also trying to decide on her weapons...it's confusing and
fun looking at all the LARP weaponry online. I want her to have
her father's sword or at least dagger as a link to his clan and
her true people...maybe if another 'wolf' joins our group we can
brainstorm ideas or I would welcome input from other on what
they think she should have as kit.

Yea i know right iv got so many difrent ideas but i cant compile
them into one costume

Start simple and build up...remember if you love the character
and develop him you can change/improve the costume over time
besides some ideas might not work. Maybe draw out a rough idea
see how it looks and then post up for feedback? Plus what you
have in your head, can you make/find someone to make or afford
it first time...just my advice as a cosplayer...get a good base
outfit and then add the fun stuff like belts, weapons etc
