       Techniques
       Name: Blood Leech
       Description: The user cuts themselves and infuses their blood
       with chakra as they proceed to give it shape and send it towards
       the intended target, leeching off their blood in the process.
       Alternatively they can instead  touch a target or smear the
       blood on an object and attack said target. If the attack is
       successful they will deal damage to the target and leech half of
       the damage done back as HP (HP returned minimum is 1). If the
       target's blood is infected (poisoned) the user does not gain any
       health back.
       Type: Ninjutsu (Intelligence)
       Effect: 3d6 (Half of result rounded down = Healing)
       Cost: 10 Chakra & 10% Total HP (Rounded up)
       Range: 30/60 (Effective/Disadvantage)

       Name: Blood Snare
       Description: The user cuts themselves infusing their blood with
       chakra and converts it in to many tendrils that lash out towards
       the intended targets (3 max) to restrain them.
       Type: Ninjutsu (Intelligence)
       Effect: Immobilization. Target must make a DC save in Dex or
       Strength higher then the users result when the jutsu was cast in
       order to free themselves.
       Cost: 10 Chakra & 10% Total HP (Rounded up)
       Range: 30/60 (Disadvantage)

       Name: Blood Bond
       Description: The user curses themselves and a target forming a
       bond between them. If one target is damage or healed the other
       will suffer the same effect.
       Type: Ninjutsu (Intelligence)
       Effect: Targets share damage and healing.

       Name: Blood Infusion
       Description: The user infuses blood with chakra strengthening
       the body. Alternatively they can use this on a different target.
       Type: Constitution, Buff
       Effect: Add 1d4 to target attack & saving rolls, 1d2 to damage
       rolls.
       Cost: 10 Chakra & 10% Total HP (Rounded up)
       Range: 30

       Description: The user infuses their blood with chakra and their
       life force in order to heal a target.
