I'm Hei Kaji and this is intro to Ninjas

"My name is Hei Kaji, I'm a shinobi of the hidden leaf. I've
spent the last three years doing remedial jobs in D rank hell
and being stuck teaching classes of academy students. My life is
dull and rather uninteresting for that of a shinobi. I haven't
even gotten a lick of combat yet. And I'm your teacher."
Hei had stated as he looked outwards to an empty class full of
chairs instead of students. He released a massive sigh from his
lungs as he looked down to see a piece of chalk he accidentally
took from the board on reflex. Applying just enough pressure to
cause it to fragment and cover his hands with it's chalky
substance.
Hei shook his head in disappointment before leaning back in a
chair waiting for his graduate students to arrive. They had made
it through the basics of becoming a shinobi but it was up to him
to give him the final few instructions to teach them how to be
ninja. Why Hei? because he couldn't say no to the old man
hokage no matter how much he wanted to, guess you could call it
a flaw. He just wanted to stretch his wings but in the end they
were clipped.
Hei closed his eyes trying not to nod off but pretend he was
anywhere but there.

Miles is the first to arrive. She strides confidently into the
classroom, a massive spear, relative to her diminutive size,
affixed firmly to her back. She stops short after a couple of
steps, glancing around at the empty seats.
"Did I go into the wrong room?"
She steps back, exiting back into the hallway to heck to number
on the door. Confirming that it was the correct one, she
reenters, much less confident than before. She finds a seat in
the front, at the far left of the room.

Kenny silently walked into the room, his hands awkwardly shoved
into his pockets. Quickly looking around he found a seat in the
front middle and took it.

*Fukuro took a silent lean amongst the wall, Peeking over the
corner with his eyes and finger tips,seeing two other students'
and the teacher arrived he took a deep breath, power walking
right into the room to take a seat at the right side corner
front row desk, setting his hair to cover one of his eyes he
raised his hand a few inches up and let out a quiet mummering*
"hello, nice to meet you."

Hei noticed the sound of feet slowly filing into his room
causing him to release a sigh as he forced himself up from the
chair. As if it was exerting a lot more energy than it actually
cost him.
"Hello, Class. My name is Sensei Kaji. I'll be instructing this
class today."
(when I type like this it means it's out of context for the rp
and is more informational text. Because this class is more about
basics of the rp we will give you a short run down off how the
site works as well as how to rp with the new 5e system. If you
have any questions you can state it however you like in the
comments on posts or ask me directly in discord.)
"Today we will start with the basics of human instruction with
the shinobi world."
Hei begins to write on the chalk board behind him.
(First of all we have something called Saving Throws. These are
implemented by reactions happening to you. These are NOT
triggered by normal battle mechanics. Example if you have a dex
check and I attack you, you can't use a saving throw by dex to
block my attack. However if you were to have the floor fall out
below you use would have a saving throw by dex to see if you
fell or reacted in time to move out of the way.)
"In the ninja world it is very dangerous. So you always need to
PAY ATTENTION"
(This is a skill check indicator. It means that you have
triggered a skill check and must score higher than this amount
amount to pass. For this I will be using Strength to throw a
piece of chalk at Kenny, he will react with Dex because he needs
to see if hes has time to catch it or not. If he fails this
check he will post what happens to himself for failing. Never
godmod another person's post by saying what happens to them.
Always write what you are attempting to do and allow them to
react to it.)
{17 strength roll with my mod of -1 it becomes 16. You need a 16
to pass the dex check. This is a saving throw roll. So roll
!1d20 and add your dex mod. Normally you would add your saving
throw mod but you can't do that because none of you have saving
throw skills picked out yet.}
Hei turns around suddenly and throws his piece of chalk directly
at Kenny with significant force.

(Dex reflex of 11 fail)
Not really paying attention, Kenny suddenly notices the
movement, but is to slow to react, the chalk hitting his
forehead as he let out a shriek, throwing his hands up late but
catching it as it falls in his lap.
"Uhh sorry, here you go.."
Awkwardly he stood up, walking to the front and placing it on
the desk, returning back to his seat.

Miles watches the display, committing the teacher's advice to
memory as he explains it. Everything was pretty easy to
understand, she thought. She wouldn't even need to take notes!

*I shiver and duck down below fear if I would be next for the
pelting holding my hand out, Keeping myself ready to jump out
with my knees getting a nervous jitter looking at Kenny and then
sensei mumbling* "dont do it to me" "dont do it to me" "please
dont do it to me."

As the class goes on the door to enter slams open loud, a boy
walks into the room with a large smile and a dog resting on the
top of his head. He grins as he glances around the class room.
Taking note of the people already there, a few of them looks
interesting enough to fight. He turned his head towards the
teacher up front, he was different from the usual, he was only
slightly older then Iec himself.
"Eh? They've got a kid teaching us!?! You must be skilled to
have scored a gig like this at your age! I bet it'd be fun to
spar with you!"
Despite being late he yelled out in the middle of the class,
walking over towards his seat. The dark blue dog that laid atop
his head glanced around as he yelled, it's lightning bolt shaped
tail hanging down onto the back of his neck. He whimpers for a
moment as Iec himself takes a seat.

As the young man burst through the door Hei resisted every urge
in his body to roll his eyes failing to do so. Hell he wasn't
getting paid enough to put up with this crap, hell he wasn't
being paid at all. With a single motion he directed the newcomer
to a seat with his index finger and middle finger braced
together. He didn't dignify the boy with a response as he was
still speaking as he did it.
"Okay, so in the ninja world we have skills. Some of us are loud
mouths that cant keep our mouths shut and others area really
good at being intimidating. The key is when to play your cards
and when to shut your trap and let others do the talking."

Hei had been upset but wasn't really trying to impose his will
on Iec but there was still being subtle called out in the middle
of the class that might be intimidating for some.
(Most times when dealing with players you will allow them to act
how they want to. However with NPCs or even sometimes with
players you can use a skill to force something upon a player.
One of the skills is intimidation. If they feel intimidated and
fail the skill check they must act accordingly to your
intimidation. This could prove useful on the battlefield if you
are trying to lower moral. Or persuade a combatant to stop
fighting. Though lower intellectual monsters might be unphased
by such actions such as a normal dog, cat, or wild beast. Or in
some cases truly stupid people.)
(Skills unlike Saving those are always applied when rolling.
Aggressively or defensively. Having a stronger knowledge in say
Ninjutsu or Genjutsu will increase your chases of using the
technique successfully.)
