       Name: Blunt Block
       Description: The user blocks with their sheath. The user will
       roll a dex check to block an incoming attack. If the attack is
       blocked, zero out the incoming damage.
       Action Type: Reaction, Defensive
       Cost: 5 Stamina if miss, 20 stamina if blocks.
       Range: Close
       Rank: D
       Name: Counter Disarm
       Description: The user after blocking with their sheath will gain
       the upper hand and counter attack for 1 point of damage. This
       damage ignores bonuses from weapon and dex. Instead it will send
       the victims weapon flying out of hand in response. This is a dex
       + 2 which can only be preformed if the Blunt Block was
       successfully preformed.
