Chirai walks to the village gates with his headband held in his
palm confidently. His smile runs across his cheeks as he looks
to the stone mountain passes lining his way out of the village.
He takes the two ends of his headband in each hand and leans
forward as he darts away. He raises his shinobi badge to his
forehead and wraps it around the back of his skull, tying it
tight. His arms then drop to the his sides as his destination
       fills his mind.
His grandmother's farm was a little outside the village, and he
felt like he could smell her cooking already. His excitement
almost consumed him if it wasn't for his shinobi training. His
smile slowly dimmed to a smirk as he continued on, leaving
Iwagakure in the distance as he followed the road. A couple more
miles and a solid memory would bring him closer to his
       graduation celebration!

3/4 down his hazy memory of the path to his grandmother's house,
the floor starts to look more littered with stone than normal.
His sandals crush down on to them, causing discomfort and he
slows down. He starts looking around, wondering why some rocks
had been broken away. Some had straight holes through them.
       "Hello? Anyone?"
Chirai knew most people out in this countryside and it was quiet
as long as he'd been alive. His call falls on silence, prompting
a shrug of his shoulders before continuing on.
A few steps further and a flint catches his eye. A sword stuck
in a stone that had been chipped away at. Chirai steps closer to
it, looking it over. His hands reach out for it, taking the
handle, noticing how unwilling it was to budge. Chirai narrows
his eyes and grits his teeth as he pulls with one hand on the
sword's hilt. It refuses to pry free but he could hear the broke
shards of rock in the hole grinding.
       "Okay then.."
He latches both hands on the blade, dragging it from the stone
with his might thrown in to his pull. The ring of the blade
appears just as quickly as it fades. The sword drops to the
stone floor with Chirai still holding the hilt. He manages to
lift it with one hand now, inspecting it.
       **Acquired 1x +1 Longsword**
"I wonder if someone left this here.. I'm sure someone'll
       recognize it."
He starts continuing back to the village, picking up his pace
with the sword thrown over his shoulder. He starts to think a
little more.. he could go around showing people the sword.. or
he could just 'happen' to be seen while having some fun with it~

Chirai walks in to the town from the north, entering the old
district. He passes the abandoned shack on his right and the
storage shack on his left, making his way deeper into the
village. Most buildings were storage facilities while the
smaller buildings were the homes. Usually people lived right
next to their own facility but some people still lived out on
       the farms, working hard.
Chirai slings the longsword over his back, watching the people
pass in going the other direction. He'd expected others to
notice his headband immediately but that wasn't the case. He
holds out hope though, that his family will be happy.
On his way through town, he strikes the floor with the side of
the blade to make sparks in his wake. He hadn't swung one of
them before, but he assumed it'd be easy. Like throwing around a
steel beam, scratching the stone floor. Little did they know,
this was the red carpet of the next Tsuchikage! Hell, they
       should know!
"Make way! Future ninja legend coming through!!"

As Chirai continues to the farms, he notices a rapid rush of
footsteps rushing out from the house to his left. A boy takes
the lead, no more than 8 years old. Behind him is a girl who's
crying hysterically and swinging her arms as she chases the
       other.
"Give me back my dolly!", she screams
The boy chuckles, holding the doll tight in his hands as he
keeps running, heading toward the farms.
"Mom can get you a new doll! I need something to get my shoes
       out of the potty!"
Chirai keeps his attention on the two, hearing the threat and
the crying that came after it. He grunts lightly, leaning
forward to dash after the two of them, laying the length of the
longsword down over his shoulder. As a trained ninja, it wasn't
long until he'd catch up with the kids. He attempts to jump over
the two of them, in order to cut the boy off. He hurdles himself
forward after a good head start, able to clear 16 ft before
landing right in front of the boy.
Chirai drops the longsword from his shoulder, gripping the hilt
with the tip pointed to the boy.
       "Drooop it~"

The boy stops dead in his tracks with his eyes wide as a full
moon. He freezes, dropping the sword to the ground as his sister
catches up with him from behind. She gets a look at the scene,
noticing the ninja pointing the sword at her brother. Before the
culprit even has a chance to, his sister starts crying again and
       runs back home.
The boy keeps staring at Chirai, on the border of passing out
and crying too before he chases after his sister, leaving the
       doll behind.
Chirai is left standing there with a deep pit of worry in his
chest. He didn't mean to scare the girl and didn't think things
through before waving weapons around at kids. He raises his fist
to his forehead and knocks at it as he leans down to pick up the
       doll.
       "Stupid, stupid.."
He takes hold of the soft cloth the simple toy was made out of.
It was tall and shapely, but he couldn't tell if it was modeled
after anyone. It had no face. He looks to the house the kids run
off to and makes a mental note of it. He keeps on his walk
through the town, reaching the farms. He decides he'll bring it
back to her later when they calm down.. maybe he can explain
       things.

Chirai arrives to the frontdoor of his grandmother's farm and
knocks on the front door. In no time at all, the door swing open
with a young woman, about 17 in age, peeking out the opening.
       "Chichi!"
The woman light up with a smile and swings open the screen gate
still left in the way. She steps from the house and wraps her
arms around the young man, noticing his headband tied on.
       "We're so proud of youuu~"
Before Chirai even gets the chance to say anything, he's whisked
inside with the both doors shut behind the two. Inside awaited
about 5 children of various ages between 3 and 10, a couple
teenagers in the kitchen, and 7 adults, two of them elderly.
They turn to the new arrival, with a stillness falling over
their activities before they all say at the same time.
       "Chirai!"
Th youngest two of the children rush to the door, greeting the
new genin and his cousin who escorted him inside. He smiles down
at them warmly, reaching to pat their heads. He just barely
reaches, unable to bend down as long as his cousin held him in
her arms, bound shoulder to shoulder. He chuckles, leaning the
longsword he found on the way against the doorway behind him. He
didn't want the kids getting at it and made sure to move his
legs to keep them from scurrying behind him to see it.
       "Yo~ How's it goin?!"
The room cheers with the smell of baking in the air. Of the
people here, he couldn't see his mother. As he basks in the
moment, he starts walking towards the kitchen, pulling away from
       his cousins.

Chirai peeks his head in to the kitchen to see if anyone other
than his cousins were there. He waves his hand through the air
to signal a hello. The youngsters look up from their arm
wrestling match to bid him a nod. They see eachother so often,
he understood they didn't want to break their concentration.
       "Mom, are yo-"
As his head swings in to the room, he nearly collides head first
in to a steel pan swinging towards the door. At least, he
thought he missed it, until the ring lodged itself in to his
neck. His nose pushes in to a soft cream mound atop the plate as
he stumbles back, catching his breath.
       "Ack! Ahhckk!"
He stops himself at the doorway with his hand and clears his
vision as he wipes the frosting from his nose. He looks up and
sees a familiar woman holding the plate with horror written over
her face. Instinctually, Chirai waves his hands through the air
and chuckles as he finishes cleaning up.
       "Ma, hey!"
He perks up and stands tall, making sure his headband was in
full view when she looked at him. As he stood there with silence
between the two, he waited for her expression to shift,
       patiently.
"Chirai! Your headband! It fits you so well!"
She continues over to the kitchen table to lay the slightly
dented cake on the table. Chirai chuckled and rubs the back of
his head, instantly embarrassed even though he waited anxiously
       for her to talk.
"Heh.. you can tie-.. Heh, thanks for the cake mom."
Family united and warmth in the room, Chirai's mother turns to
him to give him a nice tight hug that was warm with the heat of
       the oven fire.
       "I'm so proud of you..."
