       Personality: Scrant is rough around the edges, but steadfast and
       charismatic. As skilled in negotiation as combat, Scrant
       navigates the harsh life in bandit territory with a
       determination rivaled by few. While Scrant isn't particularly
       jazzed about stealing from people, survival is the number one
       goal and anything that has to be done to maintain that will be,
       without remorse.
       Background: Scrant is the offspring of the infamous 'Bandit
       King'. The Bandit King is referred to as much due to his
       influence over the surrounding factions of ne'er-do-wells. A
       single word from him can end year-long conflicts and a command
       is equal to law among the bandits. Being the child of such an
       imposing figure, Scrant grew up feeling oppressed by the
       overwhelming shadow of the Bandit King. The Bandit King was a
       neglectful father and a notorious womanizer. It was rumored that
       more than half of the bandits were part of his familial line due
       to his loose behavior. Scrant, being just another one of his
       many children, was raised by the other bandits of the camp...
       Poorly. This culminated in Scrant doing everything it would take
       to break free, training endlessly, learning to read and pouring
       through every stolen book that entered the camp, proactively
       seeking out targets for raids, and any number of other things.
       Because of this unrelenting effort, Scrant soon came to be known
       as the 'Bandit Prince', which only thickened the impossible to
       escape shadow. In addition to the stress of performing, the
       title came with notoriety. Many of the other children of the
       Bandit King were out for Scrant's head, in order to take over
       the unwanted position. Though Scrant was usually able to fight
       them off, outsmart them, or escape with little difficulty,
       eventually the group gathered together a large enough posse to
       form a trap. Scrant was lured outside of the camp, before being
       beaten mercilessly, ravaged, mocked, and left for dead...
       Through an intense lust for revenge and unrelenting willpower
       alone, Scrant hung on to life by a single thread. With a mangled
       arm, broken legs, a cut face, and countless wounds all over,
       Scrant plotted revenge. Scrant sat alone for hours until a less
       bloodthirsty group, out for a simple robbery came across the
       barely breathing body. Months later, Scrant emerged from the
       medical tent with a new outlook. Living itself had become a
       slight against those who wanted Scrant dead. That become the new
       goal-- Surviving to spit in the face of those who dared to
       challenge the legitimacy of the Bandit Prince, title be damned.
