       Example of how to read:
       Absorbtion no Jutsu  <----- Name
       Description: Drain Chakra from sources made up of the same type
       of elements you are capable of manipulating (Does not extend to
       non-elemental jutsu) <------What it does
       Effect: +10 chakra on hit <----- how it will effect combat
       Rank: D <---- Spell slot minimum
       Price: 1 <---- 1 Platinum cost
       Jutsu Slots
       Jutsu slots are the amount of jutsu you can learn. If you want
       to learn a lower class jutsu than your bar slot would allow, you
       may do so. However you may never learn a higher rank jutsu than
       your slot allows. If you use a higher slot to learn a lower rank
       jutsu you don't get it back when you get new skill slots. So
       pick your jutsu wisely as there will be respec but at a hefty
       cost to you. If you respec you will lose ALL your Jutsu and be
       forced to start over with only 2 free D rank jutsu!
