       quality to be made into 2 new D rank jutsu by way of the boys
       specialized fighting style and timid nature to find a way of
       combat more suited for his combat style such as:
       Chakra Lock no Jutsu
       Description: Seal something shut with chakra

       Web no Jutsu
       Description: Spit out a thick sticky web up 2ft in size, to a
       distance of 60 ft. The web creates a bond between anything
       touching the web.
       Effect: restrained until dex save
       To create thread lock jutsu
       Spit out a thick sticky web up 2ft in size, to a distance of 30
       to lock and bind target in threaded dome
       Effect: bound if failed Dex
