Craftsman 358.352180 primer bulb

I have an older craftsman chainsaw. I replaced fuel lines with
tygon about 15 years ago. It has 2 different size fuel lines. I
need to replace fuel primer bulb.
I was wondering if bulb was available with different size
nipples? That would make it easier to replace. Otherwise, i am
probably looking at changing fuel linez to same size line.

That bulb one of the most common. Very easy to replace.
Bulbs come like you talk about and most marked inlet etc too.

Is the inner diameter of fuel line the same size? Because OD is
different??
