Echo 2511 muffler test Farmertec clone 2511 muffler test dyno

I thought about how I was going to run my muffler test on OEM
       and farmertec clone 2511.
Waiting on one more cnc muffler to arrive.
Then I think I will just run the egan pipe, pss V2, wsc on oem.
We all know the oem muffler is a dud stock. So scratch that.
Then run the farmertec clone on it's open small pipe muffler,
then egan pipe, pss v2, wsc.
The other guy is going to do it too and also have them put on
dyno. egan, pss v2, wsc on the farmertec 2511. Sounding about
       3-4 weeks out for him.
       pss v2 16.42mm
       18.5mm x 7.6mm rectangle. wsc muffler
       egan pipe 13.21mm
       clone 9.97mm

Muffler testing wood picked out for oem and clone.
Pipe, 2 cnc mufflers from different makers and the open clone.
Going to use Oregon nano 325 set ups on oem 2511 PN and clone
       Farmertec G2511
This vmodest 2511 just used to check it.
1/4” mini fruit tree pruner saw.
       9x8 and it's 9 down.

Gangs all in hand now. To test on oem and clone 2511’s.
PSS V2 cnc muffler has 33% bigger exhaust outlet.

Shows around 3pm this rain might slow up so I can film. 2511
muffler testing. Putting new loop on oem one first.

Need to flip log around. Noticed to much variations in the end
piece for first 3 mufflers if did 3 cuts each. Other end was
       close for way longer length.

Echo 2511PN OEM. Egan pipe was way ahead of rest. PSS V2 was
next and reminded me of the egan in acting and sound etc. WSC
was last on the OEM. Only one it would have beat was the stuffed
       up OEM stock muffler.
So on clone farmertec 2511 I only tested the open clone muffler
with small pipe and compared to egan pipe to see.

Ran Egan PSS V2 on the clone with the clone muffler.
Didnt do the wsc as it was worst in cuts for gains on the oem
       one.
2 gaskets since clones dont use heat shield. Then dont need to
shave back mount on cnc muffler.
       Fastest cut
clone muffler open small pipe 13.41
       Egan 11.16
       PSS V2 10.70
Egan pipe or PSS V2 you cant go wrong.
Dont waste your money on the wsc muffler for 2511 imo.
       All 3 in pics

I’ve come up with 3 ways to run a spark screen on the Egan pipe
       for 2511.
One I like is done like PSS V2 screen in my 2511 cnc muffler.
Other way is outer with a clamp. John can show that style he
       does.
The other idea I was thinking on was at base of pipe. But didn’t
know if spark screens should be between the pipe and exhaust
outlet. Any feedback on that way?
       Jason
I only did this to show for the guys that want the Egan pipe
gains but have to run a screen in some areas.

I've ran it this way now.
Should hold IMHO just like the PSS V2 one.
Both of these showed better in testing compared to the wcs one.
