Guy has a stihl 026 made in Austria. Folks trying to tell him
no way number has to be wrong and none made there etc etc.
I showed him my info I have saved to rebut the naysayers.
Again where stihl made or assembled at listings.

All they had there if i remember correctly is the Viking
lawnmower factory, not chainsaws.
Stihl rep told us 20+ years ago
Pro saws Germany
Non Pro saws USA
Older models especially older pro saws Brazil
China quite recently maybe a, decade ago 170 180 etc and more
recently the 382.

If you read on the old Viking plant. Chainsaw too = 4
China 8 also in 250 as shown. Shipped to Canada for sales maybe
10 years ago.
Brazil 3 made 660 in pic. We had a thread on those long ago on
chainsaw repair FB. Heck might have saved that even here in a
thread too.
