       pull cord won't retract unless spark plug is out

       hello,
       I have a husky435 and was running my chainsaw today with no
       issues for a while.  Then after I tried to restart it my pull
       cord wouldn't retract.  I pulled the cord off and as I took the
       last screw out the cord retracted.  I cleaned everything and
       greased but the cord still wouldn't retract or would retract
       super slow.  I pulled the spark plug and noticed the cord would
       retract without any issues.  wondering where to start with
       diagnosing issue?
