Joncutter 3800
Been wanting a joncutter G3800 trimsaw since I seen one. It is
a clone of the zenoah made redmax 3800 I owned years back.
Don’t recall my redmax coming with the dawg though.
✌️

Muffler modded the little guy the other day. The baffle had a
pencil eraser size hole bottom left and then to top left eraser
size again for a exit.
Opened through middle and then another exit to right outer at
edge of deflector.
Joncutter 3800 PHO weight dry with inner dawg and clutch cover
bar nuts etc. Before MM

New user here, been reading this forum for a few days. This is
about the size chainsaw I need for occasional use. I've had an
Echo CS310 for 8 or so years, still runs like a top (after
leaving bad gas in it, cleaning it out and fine tuning the carb
6-7 times) Anyway we had a couple hurricanes that dropped some
trees on the edge of our land and need something bigger. But
forced retirement because of covid leaves me strapped with cash.
I'm familiar with clones, owning a Harbor Freight Honda 5.5
clone and their hole auger.

Echo 310 30.5cc
JC 3800 38cc
Echo 400 40.2cc
For the money on echo IMHO jump up to a 4510 for $30 more or the
4910 for 20 more again.

Mitch just opened up a echo 4910 and nice pro grade saws.

Only thing with the JC is they are a clone of a zenoah saw that
is no longer made and might be hard to get parts for here.
Unless you buy 2 for the price to have parts on hand.
Echo is growing and bet parts source down your way too.

Yeah down the road I can see issues with it for parts. The Echo
4910 is what I really should get, it's all about the money
though. Kinda looking at the Holzfforma Blue Thunder G366,
that's probably my best bet since funds are limited.
