Husqvarna 555FX clearing saw

Dropped in for a quick tune. Husqvarna 555 FX.
Not for weak or older folks for sure. I was amazed. He sold the
stihl 450 I had just done and got this.

Only 2nd one of these across bench.
This 2019 is acting weird after quick check over and dump old
smelly mix. Put in some fresh E-free of mine to start.
Even came in with carb kit. Hoping right one.

Carb rebuilt and checked. Still same zooming happening.
Told owner I didnt think it was carb kit issue from get go. But
carb diaphragms were getting iffy. Plus got to put in a tan
over that blue oem one on check side.
After troubleshooting came back to the cable on engine side to
carb. Dealer said he just replaces the whole cable as common
issue he sees.
I was able to remove rubber boot and lube inside best I could
put boot back on and work it some and got it working. So good to
go and even tested out in some weeds.
OEM walbro kit and they punched pump side diaphragm wrong.
Luckily dont matter on this one and will still work.
Also the OEM Walbro carb made in China. Told folks for years
they had a plant there too. ;)

Update: Owner with this came in. I ask how that 555 was doing
after the fix.
He said this one is better then the one he bought new that I had
to tune for him from the get go after buying.
The redneck cable fixing worked to date so far. All it was no
cable needed replaced.
