Was not sure where to post this, but good technical information
on the differences between European, US, Canadian, and other
chaps / pants standards.
Also good technical information on choices made when designing
these products.

European Chaps Classifications
EN standards have 3 ratings for the coverage of protective
material ('A', 'B', 'C'), and 4 ratings for chain speed ('0',
'1', '2', '3').
