XL 103 Decompression Spring

Hello Folks..Need some help in replacing decompression spring on
XL 103
How does it go back on ?
Also need name of compression release valve (that might be the
name) I need to order it.

I am still lost concerning how to hook up the spring....how to
put tension on spring to button things up.
