       Chain Angle Checker

       Inspired by a post in another forum.  A lot of guys do not need
       these.  And some depth gauge tools have something similar built
       in.  But these are very simple, and could be helpful as a
       training aid for new sawyers.
       3/8" aluminum angle stock from a home center or hardware store
       ($6 for 4 feet): fits over 3/8, .325, and 3/8 low profile
       chains.  Cut into 4" sections with a miter / chop saw - ended up
       with 12, for about .50 cents each.
