they are a bit slow but torquie.
they have 2 new top handle battery saws coming out this spring,
both are brushless. one is the XCU03 saw just in a top handle
version then they have a single battery version coming that is
the size of the new echo 2511. they had the single battery
version on display down at GIE

Some pics. Well balanced, and seems to be sturdy. Note the
adjustable oiler.

the newer brushless saws are closer to gas powered in chain
speed and the XCU03 has an outer rotor design which means more
mass in the rotating assembly so more torque
