Nicer oem piston. One in it has a carbon scoring mark on ext.
Pulls 160psi. But to make it nicer for next owner when I flip
       it.

Tore down and cleaned up 61 yesterday morning.
Such a easy saw to work on. Like working on the 60's cars I had.
       Before after cyl.

       Thin to win right. 😂
Last cut surprised myself I didn’t cut out.
Even opened center baffle and opened the closed exit they did on
these. Like they were purposely killing the flow out. 2 small
holes at bottom of baffle to go through. I did just enough as I
like them to look stock still.
Not with a 61 you won’t. Runs like a open port 60-62cc saw.
Surprised they were doing that crap even in 86.

Somewhere in shop I have a NOS spring for 61 clutch. I bought it
for a 415 475 clutch many years ago but switched it to newer 505
       etc one.
Well when I got 61 I put it somewhere safe to replace this 61
spring. I searched 2 days for prob few hours and gave up.
I know I can cut old spring and heat to bend to reattach it. But
that’s a last resort thing for me if had to. I know I will come
across that dang spring someday now.
       😂🤦‍♂️
I talked to Corey about this style. So I bought one to try.
       Creep fixed.

Not a bad saw at all. Understand why folks bought them for
       firewood cutting.
Still not even close to a 670 but is what they are.
