I bought a brand new 090 stihl i'm taking the cylinder and
making a 2 piece head for it and I got 70mm big bore pistons
getting made for it trying to copie the legendary 10 cube big
bore 090 stihl could be used everyday or full blown race saw in
       the beginning stages right now.

EJ, sounds cool. The original 70mm pistons were very heavy! Nice
       light piston would be sweet

I asked them to make them as light has possible they don't have
windows but I was thinking cutting them in and that would help
       some :o

EJ if your building a saw hotter than stock you need to do a
couple other things , first make sure your crank has the 1 piece
rod not the 2 piece rod , next lighten the shit out of the
flywheel or your going to break the end off the crank , myself I
shorten the crank of flywheel side and made the 064
coil/flywheel setup work, stopped breaking cranks as this saw
had broken 5 already , next once you get your motor making big
power the clutch will not handle it , the 6 puck clutch presses
on and besides welding it to the crank it doesnot like staying
where its to be and the clutch springs break
