       Robin 5hp

A buddy of mine has a robin 5hp motor in a snow mobile for his
kids. He says it is surging at idle and not coming up to full
rpm. Sound like he has a main jet partially clogged. What do you
guys think. Any thing else I should look for?

       WAG
If I remember right had that type of motor in a go kart. Used
to get clogged up from setting and running ethanol gas. I used
to have to take apart clean the clear jelled like junk out and
       all would be good again.

I have a 10hp Robin/Subaru engine in my generator. And last year
it had accumulated so much water in the fuel system... That it
litterally froze wverything up. But... What a very nice running
engine. Very close to a Honda... And very easy to work on. I
always have Seafoam on hand now. Keep it in all my machine...
       Its magic !
