Broken hand bar on a 5200
By: 3000 FPS Date: April 19, 2014, 7:10 pm

This is a bar for a 5200 which obviously cannot be found anymore
unless used. I have 2 of these to weld and this is the first
one. It is made of aluminum.

I had a broken handle on a partner 5000. Long before I had
stashes of them saved back. Another member here (before this
site was started 07) echo nut from Ohio hooked me up. He is a
welder by trade and does some nice work too.
I'll dig pics up if I can.

Alright good looking weld.
I do not think that there is a part on a chainsaw that sooner
or later does not get broken.

I had two of these bars to fix so here is the other one. It
was broken at both ends. Also it fits a Poulan 5200.
