Carb Tech Solution cheap carb rebuild kits CTS
By: bustedknuckles Date: March 12, 2014, 9:37 pm

I found a new source today for carb kits that I'm all excited
about. It's a company callled Carb Tech Solution and they have
the best prices on carb kits I've seen. Also free shipping on
most.
Many of the complete kits are 3-4 bucks and gasket only kits are
like $1.99. Check em out.
I ordered a bunch of carb kits and some primer bulbs, etc. Paid
with PayPal.

Carbtech21.com ?? I'm curious to see the product, post some
pics when you get them!
What's the shipping time? Address listed for returns is a small
residential house in Garden Grove, Ca. Seems odd, but maybe
not... Maybe the parts are "drop shipped" from China? In any
case keep us posted

I have seldom been happy with aftermarket kits. Easier and
cheaper to do it right the first time.

Yes, this is the link

I've never had an issue with any carb kit other than losing
parts from my own ineptness. So some people don't use Stens
kits?
Anyway, I haven't received anything from the company yet but I
have quite a few kits coming (a dozen or more) plus some primer
bulbs, etc.
I deal with some cheaper saws and the ability to rebuild the
carbs for cheapo is important. For instance on the Poulan 2000
series saws that I fix up and sell for $45.00. I don't want to
invest too much into them. They almost always need fuel lines
and usually the carb at least cleaned and usually new
diaphragms.

I've been using kits from Ahlborn w/no problems so far. I am

I've tried some aftermarket kits out of curiosity in my own
saws. I couldnt tell the difference in them and OEM.

I tried forester, stens, and oregon kits. didn't have any
problems with any if them but Zama and walbro kits aren't much
more. Stens kits are almost the same cost as OEM. Average cost
on full kits is somewhere around $8 retail with some down around
6 for oem so in a shop is just easier going oem. Repairing
poulans to sell I would be jumping all over $2 kits

Zamas are the worst to find .Those rascals have so many models
and if each and every number is not the exact match they will
not work.Drives me nutz.
Usually I just buy the basic kits with only the diaphragms and
gaskets. Here of late I've noticed a good many newer kits have
the check valve assemblies made of a mylar type material rather
than the old buna-n type paper or cloth .I assume this type has
been upgraded to be more robust against ethanol deteriation.
