Broken fins on flywheel 365 Husky

Starer pawls busted off the fins where the pawl contacts it.
Gave it a few shots with the spool gun and some grinding, will
see what happens.

Can't see it very well but it looks like the key is sheared off
the flywheel. What did you use to keep the magnets cool.
Excessive heat gives them fits!

Key is fine, its just not visible in the pic from the angle.
Thats the great thing about a spool gun over tig, its a 1 sec
push of the trigger, do that 3 times and you have a lump of al
to work with. Tig you have to hold the arc there longer, so
things get hotter. After I welded both fins, I could pick the
flywheel up with my hand, so no excessive heat.

Nice job. That is true with a tig you would have to get the
arch going and then get it hot enough for a puddle.
