but have to get a new air filter and chain for it then it should

yes i know there not worht very much but they are a fun saw to
run. because you can bury the bar and chain in a log and it will
still out cut most new trim saws.

Great camp saw. I have it's bigger brother, a Super 2. Noisy
little beast but works very well.

"because you can bury the bar and chain in a log and it will

Well maybe if it was against something made about 1950 it might
. They are what they are . A little light weight but they are
not a pro grade hot running trim saw .It was Homelites answer to
a mini Mac .
Oh I've got one plus a couple of Mini macs that run .I don't use
them though .In that size and that age I've got a 1.9 Cu In
.Poulan that will run circles around both of them .
Depending on the age that little Homey early on came with a 1/4"
chain which you can occasionaly find on flea bay if you watch .

Mine runs pretty good. ::)
I think it was run by more people than any other saw at the last
GTG I went to.

It just might be the stinger being close to the camera but it
does look too big in diameter. Try and reduce the stinger's
outlet diameter by 1/3 to 1/2 that it is now and then give it a
try in the wood ;)
