First one of these I have ever saw. Poulan 3450 TA edition bad
boy.
Just noticed looking at pics it has a black tank instead of geen
one like on the TA 3750 badboy.

Sweet! Didn't know they made that version. From the IPL it
shows purple covers I just assumed it was because it fits a 3750
too.

It has it marked 3450 on both the starter and clutch cover, so
there is no swapping from a 3750. Never seen one either.

The tank decal sez 3450 (and "2" to the right of the SN) as
well as "54cc", so it's actually a 54cc saw instead of one of
the 61cc 3450 T3's. When I saw Marc's ad I was hoping the decal
was going to have "3" next to the SN and "61cc" instead. Oh
well. I don't "need" to go after yet another saw right now
anyways..... ;D

I hear ya, and I already have I think 3, 3450's and really do
not need another unless of course the price was right. Now if
it was a 3750 it would have been gone.

Yep. I have a nice PP330 (although I'm STILL waiting on
backordered parts for it from Baileys.......GRRRR). Would like
to land a nice 3750, PP380, or 3450 T3 to run alongside the
330. If I can get a 3450/PP330 cheap enough to make buying a
new PP380 top end for it, then that'd be cool too.:D

Guess I am the new owner of a 3450 bad boy. Still never seen
one or finding much info.
You know what I have in her and you know where she is at if
anyone wants her in in their collection down the road.
I just cant stand seeing it not make it to a poulan collector
someday.

Alright for you. I thought the saw was pretty cool but just to
many irons in the fire right now. Like you said down the road I
know where it is.

I honestly can not find another pic of a 3450 TA BB ??? All
kinds of 3750 TA BB's I never saw before though in my searching.
I was hoping fastleo would buy the saw but he was afraid of all
that purple. ;)

I like all the purple especially when cutting with my BIL and he
has his stihls out there and I am cutting circles around him.
He just shakes his head at me because of the purple. It is
like real chainsaw guys do not have purple saws.
