       Poor Service

       Had a 156 break a piston skirt, never hurt the cyl. Called the
       dist. to send out a few pistons. Then the good news, they do not
       stock parts. They will place an order on Friday and I can expect
       the piston in 10 days.
       The guy on the phone spoke French but he got a crash course in
       English.

       Had a good talk with the dist. today. They stripped a new saw
       and sent out a piston this morning. They also agreed to stock
       parts for each model of saw that I have out. Seems that I am the
       only dealer in the province, they want to make this work. :) :)

       If you're having issues with parts I can give you a couple
       numbers down here in NY. There's a dealer about 30 minutes away
       that sells a good number of Efco products and may have more
       parts than the local distributor.
