Hey everyone, Could you post up coming events in your area?
My story: for years I've only gone to one Chainsaw race a year.
But now its hard for me to justify having all this money tide
up in saws if I'm going to use them once a year. ???
I would be willing to travel to an event if I knew about it far
enough in advance to plan for it. I'm sure the same applies for
a lot of you out there.

Livingston TN July 28 2012 contest. Chris Walker has agreed to
take it over. Chris has some cool stuff he is planning. Here is
the details so far
Stock Appearing
0-3
0-4
0-5
0-6
6ci and up
Hotsaw
There is also going to be mens and womens axe throw and a
giveaway saw.
Prize money i think is going to be

Changes it is a hot start over wood now. 8x8 for all classes
except 10x10 in hotsaw and only 2 cuts instead of 3. ::)

2) 2.6-3.1 in
3) 3.2-3.5 in
4) 3.6-4.1 in
5) 4.2-5.0 in
6) 5.1-up in
Almost open classes:
7) Pipe saw class (must be a modified production saw)
Dealer class (same as pipe)
Open class:
Anything goes!
*stock apearing classes*
most saws have modified mufflers, but no expansion chambers
the logs are usually 10 to 12 inches accross
This is an annual event, every Wednesday of the fair.
All saws started on ground except pipe saw classes and open
class.
