There are two versions
1. Nag is initiating this marriage. She is not an actress.
2. She is a star actress. But not Divyansha.
Mostly Telugu websites are reporting this.
Is this true?
I don't think it is true.
But at the end of the day there are a lots of things we don't
know.

The problem with chaitanya is that he has 0 social presence.
And what about the Divyansha part? I don't think he was ever in
relationship with her. Chay announced his divorce and Divyansha
clearly was in shock she replied "WHAT"?

I dont think it was ever true.
If they had a fling, she wouldn’t have commented.
And it’s certainly not her. It says top actress.
Would he go for someone whi will keep acting post their marriage
too? No top heroine willing to quit right now
I dont think he will settle so soon. Maybe next year. Looks like
a rumor
Or it’s an arranged marriage with an industrialist daughter.

1. If it is a rumour then I really feel bad for chay. It's sad
that he has to deal with such rumours. He should be more
frequent on social media.
2. If it's true and like they are saying this time someone
outsider then I have to say their divorce was very much what
those articles were reporting.
Chay was not happy with Samantha's acting career. Or Samantha's
career came in between.
Then I would say this is wrong, no one who is in the position
like Samantha would be ready to quit. Chay should have thought
about it before going into that relationship with Sam .
3. If it is an actress then I would say they were already in
relationship much before this divorce. Otherwise it's impossible
to get into any relationship so soon.
P.s- I will be in huge shock if this marriage rumours come true.

GA covered the divorce rumours from July 2021. GA also
correctly reported on ChaySam marriage in 2015.
This stinks and the trail leads back to ....
1. The filmyfocus article: it starts with "a happy marriage for
4 years": - how would they know? Why does it end with a report
on Sam's projects only? No prizes for guessing. This article is
so transparent. Why is Sam going down this path now?
2. The Tollywood.net article is a regurgitation of all the old
rumours.
More confirmation that she really did not want this divorce.

1. You can't make a silk purse out of ... his ex is seeding the
rumours. It's amazing how everything is quiet and for no
apparent reason there is a flare-up, with a flurry of
Sam-positive articles. She is so toxic, I feel very sorry for
her future family.
2. Sam changed after marriage. Too many interviews out there
about how Chay had planned their family and she was going to
quit acting when she had kids etc, and not something he had
asked of her. If she was so unhappy about the plan, why did she
speak about it in such happy terms? It's a pity men can't
gestate children. Chay would surely have done it. High flying
women in cinema and in all fields in society have careers and
kids. Why is Sam so special that motherhood is incompatible
with her career as an actress? Even star athletes have kids.
She is just that: an actress.
3. After everything that has transpired since their divorce, I
find the pre-meditation very difficult to believe.
IF Chay has found someone he can be happy with and shares his
values, good for him. Except for the Jukulkar cheating rumours,
there has been no indication of a third party. The speculation
about 3rd parties started after that.
It must be exhausting for the family to repeatedly be faced with
these rumours.

Yes, I am also looking forward to the GA covering.
This marriage rumours are hard to believe.
Chay looked anything but ready for another marriage.
I don't think it's true though.
I want to see how the famous websites cover this story. India
Today, Bollywood Hungama are trusted in that way.
It's sad the way this rumours are spreading one after another.
Every now and then chay get a reminder from the media that he
divorced a famous actress. This is sad.
The video you shared, towards the end they used a clip from
Premam success meet. Sam and chay were so different. (This clip
is just another proof) I won't be surprised if in the process
sam took chay for granted. Atleast chay felt that way.
