Confession: aside from the cringe dancing, I would watch the
movie again. [emoji12] Pooja was better in this movie than her
acting in RS (based on the scenes from RS in songs and
trailers). Chay didn't have to do Masala, so the non-dancing
parts weren't bad at all. The songs were good.
It ain't no LS by any measure but it has its charm ...[emoji56]
DF, the website for the link you posted reported average rating
of 3/5 for the movie, across websites. [emoji102]

The prospects are looking up for The Sounds of Screeching from
       Gachibowli. [emoji33]

If you compare this movie with his recent ones - he has come a
       long way!
In the beginning, he used to take his surname for granted. And
then, as he became more mature, he really started working
towards his career and bettering himself! I feel he is his own
competitor. He isn’t looking around him. Just wants to outdo
       himself which he is succeeding.
Dance, emotions, acting.. he is really doing good now!

Honestly, I don't think this guy took anything for granted. He
has made some bad choices and has not understood himself of his
craft but has been on a journey to do both. DF, we discussed on
IF msg about how well Chay emotes with his eyes. He'd have made
a great Bharatanatyam dancer if only he could dance. [emoji23].
After LS and BR there may be hope for him.

Bad choices and also going his father way with larger than life
       roles.
He needed a good director to mould him. He lacked self
confidence.. and to an extent, motivation too I would say.
Majili is the only movie I liked him in pre LS. The 2 yrs he
spent with Shekhar taught him more than what he learned in those
       10 years.

In the Barry interview and on No1 Yaari with Sai and Sekhar,
Chay said the same! He had to do a lot of unlearning.

Ya! He said he even argued with Shekhar that audience would
complain that he wasn’t acting at all whenever Shekhar would ask
       him to downplay 😂

He just blindly followed his father's way. That's all.
I remember coming across Sam's interview.
She said, i learnt how to deal with failures from chay as chay
       told me-
I have always given my 100% but never received the desirable
       outcome.
Chay never lacked motivation or anything. He just tried his best
to fulfill the expectations of Akkineni fans. He couldn't handle
the pressure of being the son of Nagarjuna.
He failed to understand everyone is different. What will work
for Nagarjuna will not work for Naga Chaitanya. No matter what
       equation they shared.

I am confident on Chay! Pooja on the other hand is miserable.
Couldn’t stand her in RS. I hope she isn’t the heroine in Venkat
Prabhu’s movie 😭😭 Anyone but Pooja or Rash
       please 😩😩
       [/quote]
I have done the unforgiveable and unthinkable [emoji16] : I
watched RS and liked Pooja.[emoji13]. It helps to go in with
low expectations. [emoji23] Horrible script. Prabhas looked like
he had been beaten and hung out to dry. Tsunamis will do that
....except the dry bit. [emoji6]After Baahubali, I am not too
shocked that VikramAditya took on the Tsunami and won. Prabhas'
best scene in the entire movie was the end.

I loved Prabhas in Mirchi. He looked sooo good!
Its sad and unfortunate to see him right now. He looks like a
       24/7 drunkard, can’t stand straight..
The excess of protein shakes made him miserable 😞
