       System Developed[/center]

       The current official groups are:
       Law
       -armed Forces [L4]
       -S.W.A.T. [L4]
       -FBI [F3]
       Criminal
       -The Smurfs
       -Yakuzza Family
       The official groups are ranked L1, L2 or L3.
       [b]Level 1:[/b] (5 month old group) - Will be able to request a
       PayNSpray Marker and Additional Vehicles (Banshee, Huntley,
       Bandito, Maverick, NRG-500)
       Level 2: (6 month old group) - Will be able to request a private
       job (without modded skin) and base respawn.
       Level 3: (7 month old group) - Will get private Team, Job with
       modded skin, More Vehicles.
       Level 4: (Choosen by Group Managers) - Will be able to request
       everything.
       Also Official Group Leaders will get Honorific rank on forum for
       running group successfully.
