Request a gang board / board changes

In this topic group leaders can apply for their own gang board.
Before making an application your gang need to pass a few
requirements.
- Your gang should at least have 5 gang members and 5 of them
should be active;
- Your gang isn't full of rulebreakers, deathmatchers or
trollers;
- Your gang is at least 5 days old when you make an application;

IMPORTANT:
Copied gangs from other servers will lead to an INSTANT DELETE
AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
When your apply is rejected you need to wait at least one week
before making a new apply!
