       Article 1
       1. All enlisted soldiers are to follow the Community of
       Integrity and Transparency global ruleset
       i. This includes the Forum ruleset for cgg2.createaforum.com
       ii. This includes the in-game ruleset
       Article 2
       2. Disrespect towards players will not be tolerated
       i. This includes disrespect towards a superior officer
       ii. This includes disrespect towards a fellow soldier
       iii. This includes disrespect towards a fellow lawman
       iv. This includes disrespect towards the citizens & civilians
       of San Andreas
       v. This includes the use of vulgar or unacceptable language
       Article 3
       3. Leaking/copying/showing information out of any AF restricted
       chat such as group chat will result in punishment (depending on
       the severity)
       i. This includes leaking information out of IRC channels or
       alliance chat
       Article 4
       4. Any/All enlisted soldiers of the Armed Forces are prohibited
       to engage in criminal activities without the correct
       authorization
       i. This includes participating in criminal events as a
       criminal
       ii. This includes the killing of members of the law
       iii. This excludes robbing houses
       iv. Second Lieutenant and ranked higher has the authority to
       grant you to do criminals activities
       v. It is the person that grants you the permission's
       responsibility to supervise that your activities are strict
       vi. You are NOT permitted to help criminals in turfing
       Article 5
       5. Disobeying a direct order from a higher ranked member is seen
       as disrespectful and will be delt with accordingly
       i. The higher ranked member that issued the order is
       responsible for the actions taken by the ordered soldier
       ii. The ordered will not be held accountable if he was under
       direct order from a superior
       iii. Orders are strictly given from a from a certain rank in
       the chain of command
       a. CPL/SGT+ for trainings
       b. CO/MSGT+ for operations
       iv. Orders can be canceled through the chain of command
       a. Example: A Captain can cancel or override orders given
       by a Lieutenant
       v. Anyone below the rank of Corporal (not being assigned CO)
       giving orders will be prosecuted
       Article 6
       6. Asking a superior to grant a promotion is strictly prohibited
       i. This includes making gestures towards being promoted
       ii. This includes attempting to bribe a superior for a
       promotion
       iii. This includes making a direct statement that relates to
       asking for a promotion
       Article 7
       7. Arresting police officers is not permitted under military
       jurisdiction
       i. Corruption or misconduct should be directly reported to a
       Police Chief to deal with it accordingly
       ii. The Armed Forces doesn't have authority over what police
       do and can therefore not take direct action
       Article 8
       8. Directly attacking people outside of the base or near the
       gate is not allowed
       i. It may only be done under certain conditions
       a. The person is a direct threat to soldiers inside/outside
       the base
       b. The person is attempting to invade the base
       c. The person poses a direct threat to your life
       Article 9
       9. In accordance with Article 8, you should follow protocol
       regarding anyone near or inside the base
       i. Warn the person that it is infact a restricted area
       ii. You are allowed to kill the person after they have
       refused to comply with the orders
       iii. Under no circumstances are members allowed to shoot
       visitors that have proper permission
       Article 10
       10. Killing fellow teammates as seen as a betrayal and will not
       be tolerated, unless you are having fun with them or they accept
       it
       Article 11
       11. 80% of your time you should be on-duty as either an Armed
       Forces soldier or Combat Medic respectively
       i. Failing to do so will lead to warnings
       ii. If this is done by a higher ranked officer, certain
       priviledges will be restricted
       Article 12
       12. Being unavailable for service (AFK) for more then 50 minutes
       should be done away from A69 and you should be marked off-duty
       as a normal citizen.
       i. This includes using the AFK tag for example:
       PVT-Bob[AF]|AFK
       Article 13
       13. The respective communication channels for the Armed Forces
       is restricted to English and NATO coding only
       Article 14
       14. The abuse of military equipment is strictly prohibited and
       action can be taken outside of military jurisdiction
       i. This includes invalid reasons to place barriers and form
       illegal roadblocks
       ii. This includes the use of police barriers as cover
       a. Barrier 1
       b. Barrier 2
       c. Barrier 3
       d. Barrier 4
       iii. Excludes:
       a. Barrier 5
       b. Barrier 6
       c. Barrier 9
       d. Barrier 10
       iv. This includes blocking citizens that aren't wanted for
       crimes
       v. This includes blocking the entrances to highly populated
       areas
       vi. This includes blocking both sides of a road entirely
       Article 15
       15. Lodging biased and illegitimate complaints against a team
       member will result in punishment (depending on the severity) if
       the complaint is classified 'absurd'
       Article 16
       16. Members ranked below Sergeant are not allowed to host
       trainings without permission from a Captain (or higher)
       i. Trainings/Operations is a necessary procedure and all
       members are forced to attend unless a legitimate reason is given
       to the host
       ii. Failing to respond to a training/operation will result in
       punishment
       iii. Legitimate reasons not to attend the
       training/operation:
       a. If you have problems related to real life (In this
       case, you will also have to log off in order to prove that
       you're saying the truth. However, if you come back within 15
       minutes, you will have to explain the reason you left).
       b. If you already participate to an admin event or to
       another law training, non-related to our group. In this case,
       you will have to prove your participation by asking another
       related person to confirm it (Excluding criminal events that you
       will have to leave).
       c. If you are about to leave the game within 15 minutes.
       d. If you have participated in a lot of trainings at
       this day and you feel tired to participate to more. In this
       case, you will have to prove your participation to other
       trainings, calling the leaders of them to confirm it or show the
       training report which logically contains your name.
       e. If you are about to go AFK for any reason. However,
       if you get caught roaming around, you will have to give some
       explanations.
       Article 17
       17. Unlawfully killing a member of the law is considered a
       betrayal (in connection with Article 10) and will result in a
       direct dismissal from the group
       i. This includes the participation of hit events
       Article 18
       18. You are not permitted to be inside the base if wanted for a
       commited crime
       i. A proper reason needs to be given if you are doing so
       ii. Doing so will result in a demotion
       Article 19
       19. Visitors can only be given authorization from a Private
       First Class (Or higher) to gain entry to the base
       i. Permissions given from a rank below the indicated is seen
       as 'Unlawful authorization'
       Article 20
       20. All soldiers enlisting in the Armed Forces will join under
       the rank of Recruit
       i. No exceptions are given
       ii. Except if AFstaff decides he does not need to go through
       the Boot Camp procedures as Recruit
       Article 21
       21. The misuse of the groupnote will result in the removal of
       rights
       i. Avoid using caps-lock when using the function
       Article 22
       22. Groupnotes are not to be misused, doing so will end up in
       removal of rights and please avoid using caps.
       i. They are allowed to be use for:
       a. General announcements
       b. Direct orders
       c. Training calls
       d. Backup calls
       e. Airstrike requests
       f. Crisis reports
       Article 23
       23. If a member is inactive from the service for more then 10
       days without reporting it to the proper topic will result in a
       kick
       Article 24
       24. Enlisting in the Armed Forces and then leaving within a
       month prior to joining is not allowed
       i. This will result in a blacklist from being able to apply
       for the Armed Forces again
       Article 25
       
       25. The airstrike of none-combatants is strictly prohibited and
       will be punished accordingly
       Article 26
       26. Hydra/Hunter rules
       i. All the ground vehicles excluding slow bikes/cars (Like bmx,
       sweeper, tractor) can be airstriked with both hunter and hydra
       after 4 minutes of a pursuit if +4 is inside or glued to it.
       (SAADC members get benefits, they don't have to wait 4 minutes
       because they are considered securing the airspace)
       ii. Helicopters can be airstriked with both hydra and hunter.
       With hunters, the requirement is this --> (There must be atleast
       one 3*+ in the helicopter or glued to it). When using hydra to
       airstrike helicopters, there must be +5 inside or glued to it.
       iii. Spamming missiles at targets is not allowed.
       iiii.The airstriking of Suspects moving onfoot is prohibited!
       People glued on flying helicopters or driving boats are allowed
       to be airstriked if they have 3*+.
       iiiii. Airstrikes in crowded areas are not allowed (Like Middle
       LS, car recovery etc.). Only skilled members with the approval
       in SAADC to airstrike inside exceptional areas are allowed to
       perform accurate airstrikes in crowded areas with extreme
       caution.
       iiiiii. Boats can be airstriked with both hunter and hydra when
       +3 is on it. No time limit until airstrike.
       Please ensure that you have read the lines of "Armed vehicles
       permissions" under this list of articles.
       Article 27
       27. You need proper authorization to leave the desert with your
       armed vehicle
       i. Fulfilling an authorization reason is sufficient
       permission
       ii. Getting authorization from the proper rank
       Article 28
       28. You'll need to have proof that you have temporary permission
       regarding the use of armed vehicles
       Article 29
       29. Provoking people inside Las Venturas is strictly prohibited
       Article 30
       30. You need to follow the permission guidelines regarding armed
       vehicles
       i. You are not allowed to use armed vehicles for transport
       ii. You are not allowed to use armed vehicles in the main part
       of base
       a. This includes the use of the minigun and rockets
       Article 31
       31. You are not allowed to airstrike the vehicle carrying the
       luggage unless
       i. The suspect is in an aircraft
       ii. The suspect is in a boat
       Article 32
       32. You need to be above the rank of Recruit to use armed boats
       around San Andreas
       i. If you are PVT (or higher) you don't require any additional
       permission to use it
       ii. No exceptions for Recruits whatsoever
       Article 33
       33. As a civilian or off-duty soldier/medical unit you are not
       allowed to use military vehicles unless:
       i. You are ranked 2nd Lieutenant (2LT) or higher
       ii. You are ranked Deputy Chief of Doctors (DCH) or higher
       iii. You are being evacuated/transported by an on-duty
       soldier
       Military vehicles include: Patriot, Barracks, Hydra, Hunter,
       Rustler, Seasparrow, Enforcer, FBI Rancher, S.W.A.T
       Article 34
       
       34. As an AFMD member, you are not allowed to take AF job
       unless:
       i. You are part of the core Armed Forces on the soldier
       roster
       
       Article 35
       
       35. Not doing your duty as a Boot Camp Instructor in the Boot
       Camp will get you warned for 7 days.
       Article 36
       36. Making fake promotions/demotions or warnings will not be
       tolerated.
       i. Add a good reason to the promotion/warning like (Promoted
       to PVT) or (Warned for trolling) and not like (huehue).
       Article 37
       37. This rule requires you to have common sense in order to stay
       in the Armed Forces
       i. You could be kicked for not having common sense after a
       psychological evaluation
       ii. You could be kicked for not showing common sense in a
       concurrent scenario
       Article 38
       38. Do not question instructions/orders given from a superior in
       any way
       i. This includes asking 'Why' when you are called to base
