       DO NOT USE ANY SMILEYS ON THE BAN APPEAL CAUSE IT WILL BE
       DENIED.
       Before you can make a ban appeal you must know the following
       things:
       -Date you got banned.
       -Person that banned you.
       -Reason for the ban.
       -Your MTA serial.
       -Your account on the server.
       Title: Banned by [Insert admin that banned you]
       Replies to ban appeals:
       You may only reply to a ban appeal if you have a staff level
       from level 3 or higher, if you are the person that banned him or
       if you are in another way directly involved in the ban (else
       you'll get a +20 warning on forum)
       MTA appeal format:
       [code]Your ingame name:
       Your ingame account name:
       Screenshot from your ban (link only):
       Date that you got banned:
       your MTA serial typed out (you can find it by doing F8 in MTA
       and then type serial):
       link(s) to your previous ban appeal(s):
       Explain with details what happened:
       Explain why we should unban you:
       Anything else you have to say:[/code]
       Rules:
       - Do not make a ban appeal if the ban is shorter then 3 days;
       - Always follow the right ban appeal form;
       - Always use the right title;
       - You can only appeal every week;
       - Double appealing is not allowed;
       - Do not reply in topics unless you are involved;
       - Don't spam smileys or it will be considered as spam.
       - Lying or not following these rules will result in the denial
       of your appeal.
       - Don't post here for others players who got banned or get a 30%
       forum warn.
