Witchcraft Now a Legal Profession in Romania

What are your thoughts on witchcraft as a legal profession
everywhere?
Really, I suppose it depends how they're defining witchcraft for
business purposes. This article doesn't give enough details as
to why witches in Romania are upset, but I suspect it has to do
with the way they are implementing the tax laws as they apply to
any income derived from their witchcraft practices.
I do actually think witchcraft should be a legal profession for
anyone, anywhere, who wishes to practice, but just like every
other profession, they have to abide by the business laws in
place in their state/country.
That said, when practiced within the context of a religious
setting, tax laws should not be applicable, (or rather, tax
exemptions should apply) just as churches are not taxed on
services they provide at cost to their patrons.

Having Witchcraft has a legal profession is an interesting idea.
I would love to have professional witch on a business card but I
may not be understanding this stance very well. I always thought
that as by the Creed and such you're not suppose to make a
profit on what you do. We do it to better the community so you
shouldn't profit from it. So here is my understanding. All of us
make "products" and things that others can buy at their fancy
for themselves or as gifts for others and we sell them, which I
believe to be fine. However, in instances where you can
recognize that the person asking you for help is desperate or
fearful, don't charge them. This makes me think back to San An
PP when River gave a free reading to a woman that was almost in
tears about something that happened. That is a perfect example.
I had also given some protection powder to a man that told me he
was worried about his nephew. That he had noticed a dark figure
that followed the boy and kept him up at night because he was
scared. Basically my understanding is that; profit for supplies,
some services - yes, but if they need help and you are able to
help them - just do it.
