Revo Uninstaller vs. System Files: How to win the battle and res

How can I restore my desktop shortcuts, PowerShell, and other
system files after using Revo Uninstaller to remove BlueStacks?

I used Revo Uninstaller to delete BlueStacks from my PC, but it
seems that it also removed some important system files and
folders. As a result, I lost my desktop shortcuts, PowerShell
was not found, ctfmon.exe was unavailable, and the search
function did not work properly. I tried to reinstall the system
apps using a PowerShell command, but it gave me many errors. Is
there a way to fix this problem?
