is taking place, is occurring before we get the actual press

we link it somehow, yes we can, we can link it to OTCMarkets.com
and the symbol "LCTZ", so lets go to OTCMarkets.com and type in
the symbol "LCTZ and click on "Company Profile" and scroll down
to "Financial Reporting" and there you go, the same "CIK Number,
001368964.
Now you have another connection, but this one is an SEC
connection between the state of Nevada and the SEC.
