       Beleave Inc. ("Beleave" or the "Company") (CSE:BE) (OTCQX:BLEVF)
       is pleased to announce that it has received notification from
       Health Canada that, upon the Company's confirmation that the
       Company's production, testing, manufacturing, packaging,
       storing, labelling, shipping and record-keeping of product
       intended for sale is in compliance with the requirements of the
       Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (the
       "ACMPR"), Health Canada will arrange a pre-sale inspection. The
       issuance of a sales license under the ACMPR is in part dependent
       upon the completion of a satisfactory pre-sale inspection by
       Health Canada.
