       Meditation
       Honestly it's not just about sitting quietly and saying Om
       Although it does work
       People meditate walking, running, cycling, swimming etc
       It's being able to stop the mind of thinking. Visualizing one of
       the greatest benefits.

       Being conscious of your breathing
       When doing the poses if you find your body shaking. It's just an
       indication that your body is getting stronger. Commit to
       yourself as little as twenty minutes a day.
       Do something you love
       We're given an incredible regenerative machine.

       Plank
       One exercise that works the entire body
       Tightens the core and then do variations
       Start with 15 seconds 3 sets
       Work your way up to 60 seconds
       Tighten your core breath out through the mouth and in through
       the nose
       Take your time.
       Play music you love to listen to... It helps you concentrate on
       your breath and the beat of the music
       Start slow
       Of course with any exercise regime consult your physician
