       This is a typical discussion forum format where people post
       topics under various headings and others can reply.  They can
       quote in their replies, add links, etc.
       The main weakness that I have found is that users cannot delete
       their own content.  That leads to people editing their posts and
       leaving a single . in place of the text.  Otherwise, it's pretty
       user friendly.
       I would have to set it up with various folders suggested by the
       users.  There could be folders for national politics, local
       politics.  There could be a folder devoted to Republican clubs,
       various types of issues.
       It's got a lot of possibilities!
