       As Ukraine is a major exporter of food, especially wheat, the
       Russian blockade has directly caused an almost catastrophic food
       crisis for some countries in the South, where supplies are
       insufficient and prices high. What could be done to alleviate
       this food crisis is quickly becoming a complex issue for NATO .,
       since Turkey would have to give permission for Alliance naval
       forces to enter the Black Sea and, if it did, the escalation of
       risks would be unacceptable to Germany and France. Neither
       Russia nor the rest of the world can escape the geopolitical
       drifts launched by Moscow.
