       the man she shot in Manhattan, Gustav Simon.
       Despite the name, she was a commoner from Worcester, Mass. named
       Delia Benoit.

       Anyway....the Ali trial is mentioned in the following. You'll
       recall that Ali did not go to the hotel along with the jurors
       and other persons involved in the proceedings ( he did go during
       the Coroner's Inquest) while the trial was underway,
       which was unprecedented in New York legal history at that time.
