Of course. It isn’t “mine” - as far as I know copyright expired
years ago.
The book is online in different qualities, I took two different
scans, the two best, in my opinion.
At the bottom of the page it says who supplied the photos, so
theoretically one could contact those institutions and try to
track down the original.

The photo of Ali was taken while he was in Matteawan, the State
Asylum for The Insane, 1893-1901
Ali was originally in Sing Sing for a while, then off to Auburn,
then to Matteawan, and finally to Dannamora in 1901.
You might not believe this, but I have seen this book before. I
was looking for material on Ripper related stuff. I didn't see
what you found, of course, but I did a couple of other sketches
of men that are in the book. Great stuff, man.
Called Nina at work, told her, and she said to tell you,
"Bravo!"

Of course you know the book, so do I, because of the Ripper- and
Torso-related stuff by Hebbert. That was in vol. 1 though, I
think

When Damon went to Mulberry Street on July 1st, 1901, there
weren't any photos of him there. The police may not have ever
taken any photos of him, despite Byrnes' pioneering work with
the 'Rogues Gallery', which is what Damon went to Mulberry
Street for in the first place to see if one of Ali was up on
those boards with the other photos.
It's ironic that the photo you found matches the description of
Damon's 'farmhand' in that Ali is clean-shaven in this photo.

As previously mentioned, Pete Damgaard located the photo of Ali
in the 2nd edition of Allen Lane Hamilton's System of Legal
Medicine (1900). Hamilton's grandfather was Alexander Hamilton,
the fellow on the ten-dollar bill and founder of the First Bank
of America.
Anyway....this article from 1896 explains why Ali and James M.
Dougherty's photos appeared in the 1900 volume.

I checked the 1st edition of Hamilton's book which was published
in 1894 and there aren't any photos. Reason being, they weren't
taken until 1896.
I think we're very, very lucky that we have the two photos of
Ali and Dougherty today.
Dr. Allison from the asylum gave Hamilton photos for his 2nd
volume. There are only 8 photos in the 2nd
volume, two of which are of Ali and Dougherty. 500 inmates had
been photographed.
