A lot of updates to the Case have taken place during the past
three years since Professor Bob Dekle's 'East River Ripper' and
the presence of this website.
Nina and I wrote a book, in case you didn't know, East Side
Story, which is a little different than Prof. Bob's book. ( He
prosecuted Ted Bundy)
His book is far better in creating a narrative of the case as
well as covering the legal and medical issues.
Our book focuses on files never seen before and the inherent
problems with George Damon's alleged evidence in 1901.
Professor Dekle, as well as Nina and I, believe it is quite
possible that a guilty man was freed based on Damon's
contributions to the eventual release of Ali on April 24, 1902.
Not that any of us would be willing to bet our houses on that,
but it is a distinct possibility he was guilty after all.
