       Emil Totterman blamed drunkenness for his murder of Sarah Martin
       off Water St. Am I supposed to believe that’s it? I believe he
       had her drinking hard liquor while he was drinking beer.
       He’s sane and literate and would know of the Ripper, as would
       our suspects. We can’t pretend he didn’t know or it is Ripper
       paradolia.
       He stabbed his victim twice in the throat rather than cutting it
       like the Ripper but he was still called a “disciple of Jack the
       Ripper” because of his other mutilations. The proximity of the
       murder to the ERJ makes me wonder if he wasn’t rather a disciple
       of C Kniclo or even Rahway.
