Thompson's features from his 1873 Sing Sing registration sheet:
Complexion florid, Eyes grey, hair dark brown, Nose short. Scar
in centre forehead at growth of hair, Scar on left cheek.
On a side note, it sort of resembles the figure in the hotel
photo on the second floor.....
I've added the original photo of the hotel in the attachment...

You've gotta make sure to double check your spelling when you
make colorized sketches
with AI......
This is what happened when I originally entered Thompson's
black-and-white sketch and added the following:
Complexion florid, Eyes grey, hair dark brown, Nose short. car
in centre forehead at growth of hair, Scar on left cheek.

They look good, Howard.
On Thompson’s sketch, isn’t the scar on his forehead between the
eyebrows?
His eyes seem more heavyset
