       Can't Win 'Em All

       Yesterday, I sent a FOIL request( Freedom of Information Law) to
       the New York State Archives-Prisons Division, hoping
       that we could access the Matteawan and Dannemora files on Amer
       Ben Ali and James Dougherty.
       Unfortunately, the records from the prisons & asylums from the
       1890s are sealed at this time.
