       Water Street & James Slip: Location of Arrest

       There is an issue with the Coroner's Inquest testimony of
       Officer Adam Lang.
       Not with anything he said, but with how the address of the spot
       where he arrested Ali was written down.
       Arrested at 8:10, April 24th.
       First...the first reference to an address.....this one is
       correct.

       A little later, this was written down. It is definitely wrong,
       as 431 Water was on the other side of Market Slip
       and Water in the opposite direction.
