Hi Howard
who is this guy? I don't recall seeing him before, I tried
searching for him but came up short. His surname of course makes
it a bit difficult. Have you posted something about him before?
He's not in the A-Z, I believe.

Hadn't heard of this guy before, either.
He appears to have only shown up in out-of-town papers.
Dunkirk Observer, Buffalo Times, Buffalo Enquirer, Rome Daily
Sentinel....and Jonestown Daily Republican.
